29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels. On or about November 17, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide a training program for employees who service rim wheels. This exposed the employees to struck by hazards.
