29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(ii)(C): Stored electric energy which might endanger personnel was not released. Capacitors were not discharged and high capacitance elements were not short-circuited and grounded. (a) On or about July 13, 2020, a maintenance employee trouble shooting and repairing a Ducane Air Conditioning Unit (Model No. AC10B24 & Serial No. 6513090551) did not deenergize capacitor(s) associated with the air conditioner unit. This exposed employee to an electrical shock hazard.
