29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: a. At the front of building #9 of the Middleburg Bluff Apartment job site: On or about May 28, 2020, and at times prior, the employer had not provided training to each employee using ladders, to minimize hazards relating to ladders; in that, workers used a ladder that was not adequately extended above the upper landing surface and the ladder rails were not equally supported as placed along a sloped edge.
