29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Front End Trench - On or about January 7, 2020, sprocket wheels and chains were not guarded for the main drive for the Line 1 South Trench Conveyor when an employee needed to access the Line 1 Trench to replace a belt on the Line 1 North Trench Conveyor that is located approximately 12 inches directly next to the Line 1 South Trench Conveyor.
