29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C): Employees whose work operations were in an area where energy control procedures were utilized were not instructed about the procedure: a) Facility - On or prior to December 13, 2019, employees perform service and maintenance work on machines such as, but not limited to, the Duo Matic Machine (The Duo Matic Assembly System is manufactured by Viking Engineering and Development, Patent #3,945,549. The machine label also includes 950-30-1147). The company did not provide training for other employees who may be required to walk through or work in the manufacturing area of the facility.
