29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(iii)(A)(3): The employer did not provide fire watchers whenever welding or cutting was performed, where wall or floor openings within a 35 foot (10.7 m) radius exposed combustible material in adjacent areas including concealed spaces: (a) Pre-Drier - On or about 8/19/19, a fire watch was not maintained where welding and grinding were performed in a ceiling area with open side above combustible material, exposing employees to fire hazards.
