29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons worked on electric circuit parts or equipment that had not been deenergized under the procedures of paragraph (b) of this section. (a) Site: On the production floor, at Van Dorn 350 Ton Press #1019, in the facility at 100 Simplex Drive, Westminster, MA 01453: On 7/23/2019 an employee who did not possess the knowledge required of a qualified person worked on a 480 volt electric circuit and he did not possess skills and knowledge regarding arc flash hazards involved with the equipment.
