At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically at the Feed Mill, employee(s) would walk along and work from an unguarded platform attached to the outdoor hopper. The fall distance was approximately seven feet to the concrete below. This violation was noted on 05/22/19. The employer does not protect employees from fall hazards. At 10047 Compton Street, Belgrade, Missouri, specifically at the Feed Mill, employee(s) would crawl along the top of five, grain bin silos to check on the level of commodity inside. The fall distance was approximately 25 feet to the concrete below. This violation was noted on 05/22/19.
