29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: On or about May 7th, 2019 employees were exposed to hazards related to emergency evacuation of the building while working where the exit sign on the 100 side exit of the conveyor belt head location was not illuminated to ensure visibility in the event of an emergency evacuation
