29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Freezer: On, or about, January 24, 2019, the freezer was provided with an unmarked knob to allow an occupant to release the door from the chain drive mechanism. The knob was not marked to indicate its function and special knowledge was needed for an employee to know how to use it.
