29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. As reference in 29 CFR 1926.59. Location: a) In Suite 606 at 37 west 20th Street, New York, NY 10011: On or about 12/20/2018, employees that were painting and plastering, were exposed to chemical hazards from, but not limited to, water based paint, and plastering. The employer did not provide training on the hazards associated to the chemicals used at the site.
