29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: Wright Architectural Millwork, Corp., 115 Industrial Dr., Northampton, Massachusetts; On and prior to October 23, 2018 employees were exposed to struck by hazards from material being cut on the five SawStop table saws that did not have anti-kickback devices in use.
