29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(ii): When mechanical equipment was being used, the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8 m) from the roof edge which is parallel to the direction of mechanical equipment operation, and at least 10 feet (3.1 m) from the roof edge which is perpendicular to the direction of mechanical equipment operation: A. On or about July 30, 2018, 11 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT rooftop jobsite: Mechanical equipment including a cutter and four-wheeled carts were used on the rooftop jobsite. Warning lines at the parking lot side of the roof were attached to the guardrail system, located in 31 inches from the roof edge.
