29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not use work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of exposure, in the form of prompt clean-up and disposal of wastes and debris contaminated with asbestos, in leak-tight containers: a) Advanced Construction and Design Services, LLC: On or about April 11-12, 2018, at the jobsite located at 1650 W. Irving Park Rd. Chicago, Illinois, the employer did not perform clean-up and disposal of waste and debris in containers that were leak-tight. Asbestos debris was observed at the worksite in piles on the first floor dock and in the dumpsters located in the parking lot following removal of thermal system insulation containing 18-35% chrysotile asbestos.
