29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: a) Trim Press Department - On or about May 7, 2018, the employer did not maintain a copy of the written safety related work practice procedures outlined in 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2) for employees performing work on or near exposed energized parts such as installing lighting on a Trip Press. An employee suffered an electrical shock when he came into contact with live electrical equipment during installation of the lamps.
