29 CFR 1910.107(d)(11): Air intake openings to rooms containing spray finishing operations were not adequate for the efficient operation of exhaust fans and were not located as to minimize the creation of dead air pockets: (a) Powder Coating Operation - The two spray rooms used for the powder coating operation were not provided with adequate air intakes to minimize dead pockets in the rooms, on or about April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
