29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Main Shop: On or about August 30, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards in that workers were exposed to an uncovered conduit pull box containing energized conductors on the exterior of the repurposed paint booth.
