29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: At 9832 Evergreen Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63123, specifically inside of the Print & Roll Stock Department, authorized employee(s) were not instructed to recognize the electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic energy sources, their magnitude, and the steps necessary for the safe and orderly isolation and control for machinery such as, but not limited to, the Retroflex Single-Color Flexo Printer, m/n 20114613.
