29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Where the load being carried obstructed forward view, drivers were not required to travel with the load trailing: a) Stephen Enterprises Inc., Bridgeville, DE - On or about February 15, 2017, the employer failed to require propane powered industrial trucks drivers to travel with the load trailing whenever their vision was obstructed. Employees lift pallets above eye level when operating the powered industrial truck.
