29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Throughout the restaurant; On or about 12/6/16, employees using corrosive cleaning chemicals such as Ecolab Grease Express High Temp Grill Cleaner to clean the panini press, and Grease Strip Plus to clean the kitchen were not provided with effective training on the hazards of the chemicals and how to read labels and safety data sheets.
