29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. On or about October 12, 2016 the employer did not maintain safety data sheets for cleaning chemicals used in the deli area including KAY DAZZLE cleaner and polish, KAY pot and pan detergent, KAY KAYQUAT, KAY Exceed multi-surface and glass cleaner, KAY food grade lubricant, KAY Hawk fryer degreaser, KIK bleach, KAY block whitener, Ecolab Victory water additive for pathogen reduction or Ecolab Greasestrip Plus. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
