29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(ii): Fit test records were not retained for respirator users until the next fit test was administered: (Construction Reference 1926.103) a. On or about August 4, 2016, at the erection deck and overhead turbine bay areas, an employee was required to wear a tight-fitting respirator during lead cleanup work and the employer did not retain respirator fit test records until the next respirator fit was administered. Power plant surfaces were contaminated with lead which exposed employees lead hazards. b. On or about August 19, 2016, at the generator bays, two employees were required to wear tight-fitting respirators for lead cleanup work and the employer did not retain respirator fit test records until the next respirator fit tests were administered. Power plant surfaces were contaminated with lead which exposed employees to lead hazards.
