29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: Santec Inc./Linden, NJ- Production Area/Mixing Area: The employer did not provide comprehensive and understandable training to employees required to use respirators at the work place. Employees were required to wear respirators such as but not limited to: a) Sperian, half face air-purifying respirator (APR) b) 3M, N95 filtering face piece respirator Condition observed on or about May 5, 2016.
