29 CFR 1910.159(c)(2): The employer did not properly maintain the installed automatic sprinkler system: Plant 2, Shawmut Park, Hornell, NY, on or about 1/15/16: The sprinkler system in a spray booth used for application of flammable solvent borne paints was not inspected annually. The sprinkler system was last inspected on 2/27/12. Flow testing was last done on 2/27/12. Abatement Certification must be submitted for this item.
