29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o). a). Shelling Plant - On or about and times prior to February 9, 2016, two spoke pulleys located on the rear of the Whole Shaker (secondary sheller) were not fully guarded, thus exposing employees to a caught-in hazard. Great Southern Peanut, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.219(d)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962546, citation number 1, item number 18a and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 132 Fifth Street, Leesburg, GA 31763.
