29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(3)(iii): Dust and debris containing asbestos containing material and presumed asbestos containing material were dry swept, shoveled or removed by other dry clean-up methods: a) Little Sisters of the Poor Boiler Room - On or about May 28, 2015, employees removing thermal system insulation which contained 15% to 30% Amosite asbestos were dry shoveling and dry sweeping, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with asbestos exposure.
