29 CFR 1910.124(g)(3): Employees who work with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin, were not provided with at least one basin with a hot-water faucet for every 10 employees who worked with such liquids: On or about May 19, 2015, the Plating Department did not have a hot water basin available to employees who work with hydrochloric acid, chromium sulfate, sulfuric acid, nickel, copper acid, sodium hydroxide, nitric acid, and aluminum iridite liquids that could burn, irritate, or harm their skin.
