29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. On or about April 10, 2015: Employees working at the Shadow Lake Apartment Complex in Doraville are exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to Transchem Muriatic Acid, GLB Super Charge, J.T. Products Sodium Bicarbonate, GLB Clear Blue, Prevent Plus, GLB Large 3 Tablets, and GLB Spot Gone II. The employer did not provide adequate training of the chemical hazards within the facility.
