29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es); a.) Shiloh Industries, Inc. dba Wellington Stamping located at 350 Maple St. Wellington, OH 44090; On or about February 5, 2015, the employer did not assure employees were protected while operating the 01C and 01D OBI Danly Mechanical Power Presses. Employees are required to run the presses with bypassed safety features and are exposed to amputation hazards in that no other point of operation guards are available for protection.
