29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive siderails: On or about November 4, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using an aluminum extension ladder two (2) feet three (3) inches from an energized aerial electric service drop to access the roof, exposing employees to electric shock and fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
