29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) CNC Area, Factory Floor, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. Employees working on the CNC Area metal grinder were exposed to 120 Volt live electrical wiring in that the grinder's wire nuts were not properly enclosed in boxes. Condition observed on or about 10/8/2014.
