29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard when using the north stairway of the Gallan Henning Baler. The rise heights were not uniform throughout the flight of stairs varying from six inches to 10 inches. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
