29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(i): When there was occupational exposure, the employer did not provide, at no cost to the employee, appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, gowns, laboratory coats, face shields, masks, eye protection, and mouthpieces, resuscitation bags, pocket masks, or other ventilation devices: At the worksite, on September 12, 2014, the employer did not provide appropriate personal protective equipment to the employee who cleaned up human blood, bone and tissue.
