29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(ii): The employer did not furnish an air line assembly which included an in-line valve with a pressure gauge or a pre-settable regulator for inflating tires on rim wheels: The employer does not ensure employees attach an in-line valve with a pressure gauge or a regulator to the air line assembly when they are inflating a tire. This violation most recently occurred on or about April 3, 2014, at the establishment located at 1902 South Park Avenue in Stuttgart, Arkansas, where an in-line valve with a pressure gauge or a regulator was not attached to the air hose that employee used to inflate a 28" Dee Stone tire. The tire exploded and struck employee.
