29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Standard railing(s) were not provided on open sided platform(s) adjacent to dangerous equipment: a. Facility yard - On or about January 15, 2014, an employee was required to operate the CAT engine of a wood grinder system on an open sided platform. The open sided platform was adjacent to an inclined moving conveyor without a standard guard railing thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
