29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact could not come closer to any unguarded, energized overhead line than 10 feet: (a) on the jobsite - employees were exposed to an electric shock hazard when using an aluminum pole saw extended to 24.5 feet long while elevated in a tree a distance of 12ft-7.4in away from a 7200 volt power line; on or about 1/4/14.
