29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(i): When there was occupational exposure, the employer did not provide, at no cost to the employee, appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, gloves, gowns, laboratory coats, face shields, masks, eye proretection, and mouthpieces, resuscitation bags, pocket masks, or other ventilation devices A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport), Jamaica, NY 11430 The employer did not ensure that adequate hand protection was provided for employees (i.e. terminal cleaners, aircraft cabin cleaners) to protect against surfaces and materials contaminated with blood and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) exposing employee to blood borne pathogens such but not limited too; HIV, HBV and HCV. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
