29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(3)(i)(A): Respirators required under 29 CFR 1910.1025 for protection against lead, were not selected from Table II of 29 CFR 1910.1025: in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(A): (a) At Martin Foundry Company Inc: The employer failed to provide and select appropriate respiratory protection to minimize or control lead exposures in the workplace. Employees were not wearing respiratory protection during the melting and pouring processes. (1) On or about October 30, 2013, an employee was exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 60.11 ug/m3 of lead, which is 1.20 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 while performing red brass melting and pouring processes.
