29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and (2) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: (a) Detweiler Lumber, LLC, 46 Front Moutain Road, Allensville, PA - The employer did not train employees on the physical and health hazards and on the measures employees could take to protect themselves when using hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to "No. 2 Diesel Fuel, Biodiesel fuel, Gasoline and #880 Crown & Chassis Grease", on or about October 15, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
