29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (a) The above ground tank used for the storage of gasoline was not labeled with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings; (b) The above ground tank used for the storage of diesel fuel was not labeled with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings; and (c) Gasoline cans containing a mixture of gasoline and oil used for two cycle engines was not labeled with the identity and appropriate hazard warning labels.
