29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(2)(iv): The employer did not assure that all protective clothing was removed at the completion of a work shift only in change rooms provided for that purpose as prescribed in paragraph (i)(2) of this section: (a) Piezo Kinetics, Inc. - The employer did not assure that protective clothing was removed at the completion of the work shift only in the change rooms provided, on or about August 29, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
