29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a.) Mattocks Five, Inc. dba Albion Mill, 73 Canal Street, Albion, Pa, 16401, on or about August 14, 2013, and times prior thereto: Company employees were working with and around hazardous substances including but not limited to, ProZap Formula 66, Hi-Yield 55% Malathion Insect Spray, and Penetrating oil. Hazard Communication training had not been conducted with company employees.
