29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Safety guards of the types described in Subparagraphs (3) and (4) of this paragraph, where the operator stands in front of the opening, were not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: (a) Building One; Welding Area - The Porter Cable Bench Grinder was not equipped with tongue guards, on or about May 2, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
