29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) Jobsite located at 21 Seventh Street, Beach Heaven NJ 08008: Company employees from Hitech Construction were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the ground surface below and did not have fall protection training. The employees were installin siding in the residece under construction. Occurred on or about 02/12/2013.
