29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2): 29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2): The equipment was not inspected by a qualified person at least every 12 months in accordance with paragraphs (f)(2)(i) -- (xxi) of this section: On or about October 22, 2012, and at times prior there to, at the jobsite located on the new Highway 11/25, southwest of Star City, Arkansas, the employer did not ensure the crane was inspected at least every 12 months, exposing employees to crushing and struck by hazards.
