29 CFR 1910.252(a)(3)(ii): All hollow spaces, cavities, or containers were not vented to permit the escape of air or gases before preheating, cutting, or welding was performed: (a) CONFER TRUCKING, MAINTENANCE GARAGE - The employer did not make certain that employee(s) cutting fifty-five (55) gallon drums used to store waste oil, removed the bung to allow the escape of air or gases, thereby exposing employee(s) to serious injury or death, on or about October 15, 2012, and at times prior.
