29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(1) The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. 3 Azalea Drive, Rumson, NJ: Employees were not trained in the recognition of the hazards related to not utilizing fall protection while working from heights greater then 6 feet from the ground level, observed on or about 6/18/12. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
