29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed: Rig #35: On or about March 22, 2012, Crew Water Closet outside wall, on the bottom of the electric box where the conductor entered, a grommet was missing, not effectively closing the opening or providing protection from abrasion.
