29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Way(s) of emergency exit access were less than 28 inches in width: Employees working in the assigned areas below were exposed to hazards associated with not being able to evacuate safely during an emergency: a) Kill floor at the end of the gut table (east side) - The measured width from the end of the gut table to the chute was approximately 20 1/2". 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection. No certification is required. b) Quality Assurance (in connection to fab-floor) in K-Sealer room - The measured width from the wall to the moving conveyor was approximately 13". 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is completed.
