29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(iv): ADM Milling Co. - Lincoln, NE - The employer did not document each inspection and test that had been performed on process equipment to maintain its mechanical integrity. Inspections, tests or repairs on chlorine process equipment including piping, hoses, agitators and associated components had not been properly documented. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
